Lens Impression
170万番台ですので、発売開始年の1959年製のブラックペイントレンズになります。
製造番号は1645300番から1844000番までが初期型のレンズとされていますが、164万番台のものもあるようですので、正確にはわかりません。
初期型にはヘリコイドの山部分にローレットが切ってある有名な「逆ローレット」もありますが、この個体は通常のパターンです。
描写は落ち着いた中にも切れがあり、とくに夕方の空気の中で開放で撮影すると、とても雰囲気のある立体感たっぷりの描写を楽しませてくれます。
This black paint lens is made in 1959, first version of Summilux, because of its serial 170xxxx.
Serial number of the first version is generally designated from 1645300 to 184400, but somebody reported the lens numbered 164xxxxx, so I do not know exactly.
The version with opposit knurled focusing ring lens is also famous in the
1st version of Summilux, but this lens is a normal version.
This lens shows very stable expression with confortable sharpness. When
taking photo in evening atomosphere, you can enjoy very moody three dimensional expression.
